Arrival & Timing

We suggest arriving 10 minutes early to settle into our serene environment. For virtual sessions, please log in a few minutes early to test your audio and video.

Bring a notebook for reflections and a list of any current medications. Having your insurance card or payment method ready helps ensure a smooth process.

Virtual vs In-Person

Confirm your modality prior to meeting. Virtual sessions take place on our secure platform, while in-person visits are held in our private, tranquil office space.

How long are the therapy sessions?

A standard individual session is approximately 50 to 60 minutes long. This allows us enough time to explore your concerns deeply while keeping the focus sustainable for your emotional well-being.

Is my privacy and information protected?

Absolutely. Confidentiality is the cornerstone of counseling. All information shared in our sessions is protected by law and professional ethics, ensuring a safe and private space for your healing.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

I understand that life happens. I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. This allows me to offer the session time to another person who may be waiting for care.

What are the basic fees for a session?

Our standard fee is $50 per hour. We strive to keep mental wellness accessible and professional. Payments are accepted via Zelle, CashApp, Venmo, or cash.

How often will I typically come in?

Most clients benefit from weekly sessions initially to build momentum. We will evaluate your progress together and determine a frequency that best supports your growth and lifestyle.
